For all defective items we have a 30 day return policy, unfortauntely due to the nature of our products we do not allow change of minds. Please note that 'Change of Mind' returns incur a 20% restocking fee. 

All change-of-mind returns must be in the same condition as they were when received.

Electric Brakes Australia holds the discretion to reject a refund on the basis that it suspects an item has been used prior to its return.

The specific nature of our products means that it can take 3-5 days for the order to be prepared before being shipped out. Please allow time for this and contact us if you have any queries regarding postage times.

Overnight Express Post is available to most city centres, however it may take an extra day or two for rural areas.

Local Pickup is also available in Caroline Springs, VIC

**NOTE** Special requests such as, but not limited to, 7 pin round to 7 pin flat may take an extra day or two for our manufacturing team to process and in turn ship out.
